Enquiries concerning exchange of journals are welcomed. At the moment the Schriften zur Malakozoologie have more than 50 exchange partners in about 25 countries.

 

 

The journal „Schriften zur Malakozoologie aus dem Haus der Natur - Cismar" is open for all themes of malacology.
Issues appear irregularily, normally one or two issues per year.
The journal is published without any financial profit solely for the promotion of scientific malacology. The editor decides, if necessary after asking experts, on the acceptance of a paper.
Papers may be written in German or in English, all papers have to be accompanied by an English abstract.
Orders for sample issues or subscriptions to "Schriften zur Malakozoologie" should be sent to the malacological museum "Haus der Natur - Cismar" (address above). The issues are individually priced depending on the number of pages and on the number of colour plates. Persons and institutions may subscribe the journal (subscriber's discount: 20%, more on certain special issues).

Arbeiten können in deutscher oder englischer Sprache eingereicht werden, sie sind mit einer englischsprachigen Zusammenfassung (abstract) zu versehen.

Alle Autoren werden um sehr frühzeitige Rücksprache mit dem Herausgeber gebeten. Die Arbeiten können normalerweise direkt als Dateien übernommen werden. Insbesondere bei Tabellen oder Grafiken ist der Satzspiegel zu beachten, da sonst die Verarbeitung der Daten sehr erschwert ist. Manuskripte sollen bitte möglichst wenig formatiert sein (Absätze und Zeichenformate kursiv und Kapitälchen, Überschriften soweit nötig fett, Unterstreichungen vermeiden).
